About The Position

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is hiring a full-time daytime Dining Server for its senior living community. The role serves residents during breakfast and lunch shifts, creating a welcoming dining experience while helping protect residents’ health, safety, and well-being. Scheduled hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability needed. This is a benefit-eligible, non-gratuity position with guaranteed hours. The starting wage is $19.79–$20.86 per hour, or more depending on experience, with opportunities for increases and growth. Experience is preferred but not required; training is provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, including performing a variety of care activities to help keep people healthy and safe.

Reliable transportation.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be at least 18 years old.
