SERVER LEAD (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring full-time and part-time Server Leads at Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, Arizona. The role takes and delivers food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Server Lead is a point of contact for work-related requests to unit management, helps orient and train new associates, understands menu items and ingredients, and promptly addresses guest complaints or issues. The position also assists with employee selection and orientation and oversees staff training in areas of responsibility. Days and hours may vary; open availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $18.04 per hour. Prior serving experience is preferred, but training is available.
Requirements
- Prior server experience is preferred; the employer is willing to train.
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Serve as the point person through which work-related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, the client's culture, and operations.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly address and correct complaints or issues.
- Assist in the selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
