About The Position

Morrison Living is hiring full-time and part-time Server Leads at Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, Arizona. The role takes and delivers food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean, safe environment for guests. Server Leads serve as the communication point for work-related requests to unit management, help onboard and train associates, demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients, and address guest complaints or issues. Prior server experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to train. The fixed pay rate is $18.04 per hour. Schedules and hours may vary; open availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until openings are filled.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and drink orders while creating an enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Serve as the point person for communicating work-related requests to unit management.
• Train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, client culture, and operations.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly address and correct complaints or issues.
• Assist in selecting and orienting employees and oversee staff training in areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
