About The Position

The United Center is the largest arena in the United States and is located near the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League and the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association. The Busser supports the restaurant team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring guests receive prompt, efficient service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Assist servers by delivering food and supporting dining room operations.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations before, during, and after shifts.
• Remove used dishes and unnecessary items from tables and service areas.
• Follow checkout procedures and properly care for restaurant equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers and seating positions.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
