About The Position
The VIP Model Server Assistant combines exceptional customer service with a polished, engaging presence to enhance the nightclub guest experience. The role supports table service, helps deliver drinks and food, interacts with guests, and contributes to an energetic atmosphere. It also includes creating and managing social media content that showcases the nightclub, its drinks, entertainment, and events. The position assists with opening preparation, service, table turnover, venue cleanliness, and closing duties. The assistant works closely with servers, bartenders, and other staff; responds to guest needs; promotes menu offerings; processes payments; and helps maintain guest safety. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends, and work takes place in a fast-paced nightclub environment. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Confident, captivating presence and polished, stylish appearance consistent with the nightclub's image.
- Ability to recommend and upsell premium beverages and offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service for VIP guests.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage and entertain guests.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and service staff.
- Proficiency in processing payments and managing transactions.
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic nightclub environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in the applicable location.
- Ability to maintain an engaging online persona consistent with the nightclub's brand and willingness to participate in social media efforts.
- Must fit the nightclub's uniform and not alter it without permission.
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written English communication may also be required.
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and to apply commonsense understanding to instructions and standardized problems.
- Physical ability to stand; use hands and fingers; reach; talk and hear; and regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Physical ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas, including confined spaces.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the nightclub before opening by ensuring tables, seating areas, and bars are clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
- Arrange and restock supplies, including glassware and napkins.
- Welcome guests, guide them to their tables or seating areas, and assist with questions about the venue and entertainment.
- Work with nightclub servers to deliver drinks and food orders and fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Clear used glassware, plates, and other items; clean and reset tables; and maintain the cleanliness of seating areas and the dance floor.
- Respond courteously to requests for drinks, napkins, and other items.
- Monitor the venue for guest safety and comfort, and report disruptive behavior or potential security concerns to management.
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and closing the venue at the end of the night.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, charismatic, and attentive manner, and build positive relationships with regular guests.
- Learn the drink menu, make recommendations, and suggest specialty cocktails, promotions, and upgrades.
- Participate in special events, theme nights, and promotions.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage electronic transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and bar staff to support smooth service.
- Maintain a polished appearance and follow the nightclub's dress code and grooming standards.
- Create social media photos, videos, and stories featuring drink preparation and entertainment; participate in live streams; and share stories about the nightclub, its history, drinks, and memorable moments.
- Write engaging social media captions, respond to comments and messages, use relevant hashtags and geotags, and encourage and curate guest-generated content.
- Assist fellow servers and staff as needed.
- Follow responsible alcohol service regulations, health codes, and safety standards.
- Qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
