About The Position

The Model Bartender at LIV Beach is responsible for combining bartending expertise with a captivating, glamorous presence to enhance the guest experience. The role includes preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, contributing to the nightclub atmosphere, and creating social media content that promotes the venue and its offerings. The position requires a polished appearance consistent with the nightclub’s image and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The role has no supervisory responsibilities. Temporary or permanent duties may be added or modified as necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with legal age requirements for serving alcohol in the applicable location.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years of experience as a bartender, with deep knowledge of mixology.
Proficiency in cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
Confidence, a captivating presence, and a polished, stylish appearance aligned with the nightclub’s image.
Ability to recommend and upsell premium beverages and offerings.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, including service to VIP guests.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage and entertain guests.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and service staff.
Proficiency in processing payments and managing transactions.
Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and safety practices.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic nightclub environment and changing demands.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Must fit the nightclub’s uniform and not alter it without permission.
Must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to read and interpret documents in English and communicate verbally in English; written English skills may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be able to perform the essential functions, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

Responsibilities

Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages consistently and to quality standards.
Learn the drink menu and recommend options to guests, including specialty drinks, promotions, and premium offerings.
Engage with guests in a friendly, charismatic, and entertaining manner; greet VIP guests professionally and provide information about the nightclub.
Use showmanship and visual appeal when preparing drinks and customize beverages to guest preferences.
Maintain an organized, stocked, clean, and sanitary bar and workspace.
Process cash and electronic payments accurately and professionally.
Participate in special events, themed parties, and promotions.
Follow responsible alcohol service regulations, health codes, safety standards, and hygiene protocols; handle equipment, utensils, and ingredients properly.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and other nightclub staff to provide seamless service.
Maintain a sophisticated appearance and comply with the nightclub’s dress code, image standards, and uniform requirements.
Create social media photos, videos, stories, and live streams featuring drinks, mixology, and the nightclub atmosphere.
Share engaging stories and captions about the nightclub, its history, drinks, and events; respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions.
Use relevant hashtags and geotags, encourage patrons to share experiences using a designated hashtag, and curate and repost selected user-generated content.
