About The Position
The VIP Model Server Assistant combines exceptional customer service with a glamorous and captivating presence to enhance the guest experience by delivering drinks, assisting with table service, engaging with guests, and contributing to a vibrant nightclub atmosphere. The position supports venue preparation and closing, guest seating and requests, food and drink delivery, table turnover, cleanliness, safety, payment processing, and coordination with servers, bartenders, and other staff. It also includes creating and sharing social media content that reflects the nightclub’s brand and engaging with online followers. The role requires a polished appearance, adherence to the nightclub’s dress code, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Confidence and a captivating presence, with a polished and stylish appearance aligned with the nightclub’s image.
- Ability to recommend and upsell premium beverages and offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to VIP guests.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage and entertain guests.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and service and bar staff.
- Proficiency in processing payments and managing transactions.
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic nightclub environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in the applicable location.
- Ability to maintain an engaging online persona consistent with the nightclub’s brand and willingness to participate in social media efforts.
- Must fit the nightclub’s uniform and not alter it without permission.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written English skills may also be required.
- Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and use commonsense judgment to address problems in standardized situations.
- Ability to meet the position’s physical demands, including standing, handling objects, reaching, communicating, and lifting or moving items of varying weights.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the nightclub before opening by ensuring tables, seating areas, and bars are clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
- Arrange and restock supplies, including glassware and napkins.
- Welcome guests, guide them to designated seating, and assist with inquiries about the nightclub’s offerings and entertainment.
- Coordinate with servers to deliver drinks and food orders and fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Clear glassware, dishes, and other items; maintain cleanliness; and reset tables for incoming guests.
- Monitor tables, seating areas, and the dance floor, promptly addressing spills and debris.
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and closing the venue at the end of the night.
- Engage guests in a friendly, charismatic, and attentive manner, and build positive relationships with regular guests by remembering their preferences.
- Learn the drink menu, recommend beverages, and suggest specialty cocktails, promotions, and upgrades.
- Participate in special events, theme nights, and promotions.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage electronic transactions accurately and professionally.
- Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and bar staff to support smooth service.
- Maintain a polished appearance and follow dress code and grooming standards.
- Create social media content, including photos, videos, stories, live streams, cocktail demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write engaging social media captions, use relevant hashtags and geotags, respond to comments and messages, and encourage and curate guest-generated content.
- Assist fellow staff members as needed to maintain cohesive and efficient service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service regulations, health codes, and safety standards.
- Report disruptive behavior or potential security concerns to management.
- Qualify for licenses and permits required by applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
