About The Position

The LIV Beach Bar Apprentice supports bartenders with operational duties and helps ensure guests have an excellent experience by keeping bars clean and stocked. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining daily inventory awareness, preparing and serving beverages according to recipes, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting marketing activities. The position is for the 2027 summer season.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven track record of personally providing excellent guest service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high-stress, high-volume environment.
• Modeling experience.
• Polished appearance.
• Experience and ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent change.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret English-language documents and communicate verbally in English; written English communication may also be required.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to requests politely and promptly.
• Stock and break down the bar area daily.
• Monitor inventory levels daily.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to proper recipes.
• Keep bar equipment and work areas clean.
• Participate in weekly mandatory social media posting.
• Ensure orders are accurate.
• Participate in marketing campaign photoshoots.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu products.
• Perform other job-related tasks as needed and respond with a sense of urgency.
