About The Position

The Server Assistant at La Luce, Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, helps prepare for dining service and supports servers while contributing to memorable guest experiences. The role involves welcoming guests with a friendly, proactive attitude; setting and maintaining tables and service stations; assisting with beverage, bread, and other deliveries; clearing tableware; and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness requirements. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special.
• Set and arrange dining tables, including folding napkins and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure tableware is clean and in excellent condition, reporting issues for immediate repair.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
