About The Position

As a Pool Attendant at Signia Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, you help create a fun, welcoming pool environment and deliver memorable guest experiences. You greet and assist guests, support pool setup, keep the pool area clean and inviting, manage towel supplies, care for poolside equipment, monitor facility use, and assist with recreation operations and activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Confirm guest registration and assist with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Clean and maintain the pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and surrounding spaces.
• Collect used towels, restock clean towels, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
• Inspect and care for umbrellas, rafts, speakers, and other poolside equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and promptly address or report issues.
• Assist with general recreation duties and special activities as needed.
