About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Houseperson/Runner at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort Orlando. The role supports Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards while following the company’s mission and values. The Houseperson helps keep resort units and work areas clean, organized, safe, and ready on time, and assists resort guests and owners as needed. The position offers a starting rate of $16.50 per hour, paid training, a benefits package, and opportunities for growth and career development. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 75 pounds, with or without accommodation.

Planning and scheduling capabilities.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Promptness with assignments and appointments.

Ability to learn and change behavior.
Ability to work irregular hours.
A valid driver's license is required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of excellence.
Stock storage closets and maintain their cleanliness and organization.
Assist with stripping units of soiled linens as directed; remove soiled linens and trash from units.
Prepare linen and supply bags and deliver them to units as directed.
Walk assigned buildings or floors to ensure they are free of linen, trash, and equipment.
Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
Move furniture as directed.
Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
Perform duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time, and be prompt with assignments and appointments.
Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Assist with linen inventories and supplies as directed.
Help resolve guest complaints promptly and build positive customer relations.
Assist resort guests and owners and make guest deliveries as directed.
Become knowledgeable about the resort.
