About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor directs and inspects the work of Housekeepers and Houseman to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met. The supervisor ensures the Quality Assurance (QA) process is followed to achieve appropriate cleanliness and quality levels, and supports Loss Prevention and safety standards and procedures. The role also supports Housekeeping and Resort Leaders in ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.

Requirements

• One year of related housekeeping experience.

• One year of hospitality customer service experience in the discipline.
