About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team at Club Wyndham SeaWatch Resort by preparing units for cleaning after guests depart and helping maintain the resort’s cleanliness and quality standards. The role handles linen duties, keeps department storage areas organized and clean, and assists housekeeping staff with supplies, amenities, and cleaning tasks. The Houseperson is expected to follow the company safety program and applicable OSHA and Global Harmonized System (GHS) chemical regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain a clean environment for guests.
• Prepare units for cleaning after guest departures.
• Help the housekeeping team maintain supplies and deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
• Strip and make beds and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Remove trash from units and floors.
• Coordinate and prepare linen and amenities bags.
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
• Organize, clean, and maintain department storage areas and stock levels according to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
• Follow the company safety program and OSHA and GHS regulations.
