About The Position

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk controls incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies, and packages at the site. The role receives, records, and tracks items arriving at or leaving the site, and ensures guest or department packages are delivered to and recorded for the appropriate recipient. The clerk maintains an inventory control system in accordance with company standards, stores and stocks inventory in the supply room, and follows established procedures for checking out inventory and supplies. Loading and unloading deliveries are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Basic office duties and basic PC skills.
• Filing and tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and track incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, and supplies.
• Ensure guest and department packages are delivered to and recorded for the appropriate recipient.
• Maintain an inventory control system according to company standards.
• Store and stock inventory in the supply room.
• Follow standards for checking out inventory and supplies.
• Load and unload deliveries.
