About The Position

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies, and packages at the site. The clerk receives, records, and tracks items arriving at or leaving the site, and ensures guest and department packages are delivered to and recorded for the appropriate recipients. The role maintains an inventory control system according to company standards, stores and stocks inventory in the supply room, and follows standards for checking out inventory and supplies. Loading and unloading deliveries are also part of the position.

Requirements

Basic office duties and basic PC skills.
Filing and tracking skills.

Responsibilities

Receive, record, and track inventory, mail, and supplies arriving at or leaving the site.
Ensure guest and department packages are delivered to and recorded for the appropriate recipient.
Maintain an inventory control system according to company standards.
Store and stock inventory in the supply room.
Follow standards for checking out inventory and supplies.
Load and unload deliveries.
