About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I performs general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient operations at Club Wyndham Kona Coast Resort. The role responds to service requests and repairs, helps prepare units for occupancy, maintains building fixtures and systems, and performs exterior cleanup and basic landscaping. The technician also inspects building systems, reports deficiencies to a supervisor, and follows company safety programs. The position requires basic handyman skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and ensure efficient production.
- Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
- Perform maintenance work on make-ready units as directed.
- Repair or replace general fixtures and perform basic repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
- Clean and maintain outside landscape areas, including emptying trash, picking up litter, and performing general landscape work.
- Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
- Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
