About The Position

The Restaurant Host at Harvest Bistro welcomes and escorts guests, helping create memorable dining experiences at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. The role focuses on providing warm, attentive hospitality, managing guest seating and dining-room flow, responding to inquiries and requests, and supporting restaurant operations through opening and closing tasks and service preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly and effectively determine their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth dining experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
