About The Position
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Server Assistant for The Pearl Tampa. The role supports servers, hosts, managers, and other associates to help deliver guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality. It requires knowledge of service procedures, a willingness to assist teammates, and a positive, team-oriented approach. The position starts at $11.98 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
- Maintain a clean uniform that meets restaurant requirements and practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts.
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
- Cooperate with management and coworkers, assisting with their duties when needed.
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
- Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
- Know restaurant emergency procedures.
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook.
