About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili's approach to hospitality. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, working with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Servers must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling.
