About The Position
Chili's Servers provide Guests with food and drink service while delivering hospitality and a customized experience. Servers learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
