About The Position
Servers provide guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in the Chili’s style. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Servers help maintain a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
