Busser Team Members efficiently maintain a clean and sanitary dining room for guests while providing the dependable, fast service Chili's is known for. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
