About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, and hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili's. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements

- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
