About The Position

Servers provide guests with food, drinks, and hospitable service that reflects Chili’s. They learn the menu, explain offerings, carry out opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role is based at the Hammond Chili’s location. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
