About The Position
Chili's Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role suits someone who takes pride in great service and enjoys making people feel special.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 for this position.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
