About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing warm hospitality and service. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, and contributes to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Chili’s is a casual dining restaurant known for burgers, smoked ribs, fajitas, and margaritas, with a focus on service, hospitality, and giving back.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
