The Server Assistant supports the restaurant team in providing an exceptional dining experience. The role involves assisting servers, maintaining dining room cleanliness and organization, delivering food and beverages, resetting tables, and helping ensure efficient service throughout each shift. High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance.
Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and other service items.
Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
Support servers during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with banquet and private dining events when needed.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times.
