About The Position

The part-time Server Assistant at Sweetfire Kitchen, located at Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa, helps prepare for dining service and supports servers while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves setting and maintaining tables, keeping service stations stocked and clean, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and transporting used tableware to the dishwashing area. Team members are expected to maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards and to bring Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency to their work.

The schedule is 4–5 shifts per week, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special.
• Set and arrange tables for dining, including folding napkins and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Inspect tableware for cleanliness and condition, and report issues for immediate repair.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
