About The Position

The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next Food and Beverage Supervisor. Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport. The ideal candidate brings a bright, team work oriented personality with at least (1) year of lead or keyholder experience in a hotel setting! Open availability required 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily outlet operations, including ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the dining experience
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage sales and maximize profitability
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
