About The Position

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is hiring a part-time Server Assistant for its Signature Restaurant. The role supports dining service and helps create memorable guest experiences through friendly, proactive hospitality. The ideal candidate has a bright, team-oriented personality and at least one year of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.

The position requires three to four shifts per week, open availability for evening shifts seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and Sunday morning availability.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Set and arrange dining tables, including folding napkins and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure tableware is clean and in excellent condition, and report issues for immediate repair.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear dishware, glassware, and silverware after meals and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
