About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Server Assistant for Mina's Fish House. The position reports to the Restaurant General Manager and supports the Food Server by assisting with guest needs and completing guest requests. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha, and will provide attentive service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards. The role includes preparing and maintaining tables and service areas, greeting guests, providing water, bread, and butter, anticipating and responding to guest needs, stocking supplies, assisting with simple food and beverage preparation, and setting up and breaking down buffets and food stations. Pay is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written English.
At least one year of previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
Communication and computer skills.
Service passion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware unobtrusively.
Greet guests and provide water, bread, and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns and requests.
Stock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
Assist with preparing smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
Break down, clean, and set up buffets and food stations.
Assist the Food Server and complete guest requests.
