The Server Assistant role provides quality service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations. Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk through the shift for up to 8 hours.
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to carry a tray.

Nice To Haves

Must have familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

Proper Restaurant/ Pool Setup both BOH and FOH
Must have familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
Responsible for Running food, bussing tables, polishing glassware, resetting tables.
Responsible for ice supply and stocking of any items that may be of need.
Responsible for cleaning of the pool deck, cabanas, and pool bars.
Responsible for stocking clean towel stations and taking dirty towels down to housekeeping.
Awareness of all safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
Proper Expo setup
Ensure all products are fresh and of quality
Responsible for transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to the correct location.
Pour/refill water.
Proper use of a mop or a broom when needed.
Ability to take out trash
Open/ Move umbrellas upon request.
Assist in moving tables and pool chairs.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean working area.
