About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Server Assistant (bus person) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining surfaces.
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and condiments.
Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or other accompaniments, and responding to guest requests.
Sweep floors and maintain overall cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
Ensure all bus stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with dishwashing and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
