About The Position

The Server Assistant supports the Cocktail Server and provides superior guest service in all areas of Legacy Club. The role includes serving beverages, food, and amenities; helping maintain a clean venue; and supporting daily venue setup and breakdown. The position requires working in a team-oriented hospitality environment and following company service standards and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 1–2 years of work experience in a high-volume beverage and hospitality setting.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to consistently initiate and maintain an upbeat, relaxed environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Must be able to work all shifts and days, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions.
• Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards: Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming.

Nice To Haves

• Bottle service experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous model experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
• Set up and break down the venue daily.
• Follow designated emergency procedures and understand assigned duties during emergencies.
• Assist the Cocktail Server with serving beverages and food, when applicable.
• Respond to guest requests, offer appropriate alternatives, and seek assistance as needed.
• Know and communicate resort features and services, including outlets, operating hours, activities, and events.
• Attend required training.
• Look for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments, and leaders.
• Maintain venue cleanliness in accordance with Clark County Health Standards.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and promote upcoming events via social platforms.
