About The Position

Legacy Club Hosts and Hostesses greet Guests upon arrival, seat them in the dining room, create and manage reservations in a computer system, maintain a seating chart, and resolve Guest situations. They support the venue’s opening and closing duties and help deliver the Company Service Standards.

Requirements

• Read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Available to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Obtain all required work cards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Practice, support, and promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including welcoming Guests professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with Guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Manage venue reservations and monitor the waiting list.
• Escort and socialize with Guests while seating them in their assigned area.
• Answer incoming calls and address Guest queries.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents within designated areas according to policy.
