About The Position
The Server Assistant supports food servers in Ferraro's by serving food, setting up and clearing china, glassware, and silverware, and attending to guest needs and requests. The role is part of the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the Ferraro's Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. This is a physically active position with a casual schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- At least one year of food service or related work experience.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Hawaii Food Handler Card.
- Tuberculosis Clearance.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Assist with guest service, including retrieving food from the kitchen on a tray and safely transporting it to guests.
- Remove items from guests' tables.
- Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
- Stock linen, china, silverware, and glassware for service, ensuring items are polished and in good condition.
