About The Position

Conrad Orlando is seeking a Server Assistant for Ceiba. The role supports dining service by preparing tables and service stations, assisting servers, and helping create memorable guest experiences through friendly, proactive hospitality. The position is at Conrad Orlando, a luxury resort in Orlando featuring multiple food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an upbeat, friendly attitude with guests and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Set and arrange dining tables, including folding napkins and cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure tableware is clean and in excellent condition, and report issues for immediate repair.
• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
