About The Position

The Server Assistant supports dining operations at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill by helping provide seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. The role assists servers with food and beverage delivery, table clearing, and dining-area cleanliness, and collaborates with kitchen staff to ensure prompt, accurate delivery. It also involves attentive guest service, restocking supplies, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines. The position is part-time and located in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The work takes place in a fast-paced dining environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members and moderate to high noise levels. The employee must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with established presentation and uniform standards.
Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
