About The Position

As an Expeditor for Traditions Hospitality Group at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, you will work in a full-service kitchen to help ensure food moves smoothly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining area. You will coordinate orders, support communication between kitchen staff and servers, and help maintain food quality, presentation, and timely service. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen with frequent interaction among team members and moderate to high noise levels. The position requires standing for extended periods and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to obtain a Gaming License. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to support timely delivery to guests.
Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to prioritize orders and resolve discrepancies.
Check dishes for presentation and quality before they are served.
Monitor ticket times and expedite orders during peak service periods to minimize wait times.
Verify that orders are accurate and complete before they leave the kitchen.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and expedite station.
Work with kitchen team members to address food-preparation issues or delays.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
