About The Position

As a Server for Traditions Hospitality Group at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill, you will provide exceptional service and help guests have a memorable dining experience. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License, if applicable.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry trays of food and beverages.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience professionally and enthusiastically.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Check on guests regularly, ensure their satisfaction, and address concerns or special requests.
Assist with menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, reset tables, and replenish supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
