About The Position

The Server Assistant supports dining operations at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill by helping ensure seamless service and positive guest experiences. The role assists servers with food and beverage delivery, table clearing, dining-area cleanliness, and guest requests, while coordinating with kitchen staff to support prompt and accurate food delivery. Additional duties include restocking supplies, assisting with inventory, processing cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. The position requires a polished, professional appearance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Work involves extended periods of standing and walking, carrying food and beverage trays, frequent interaction with guests and team members, and moderate to high noise levels. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to obtain a Gaming License, if applicable.
Be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance that adheres to established presentation and uniform standards.
Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
