Zillow
•$122,200 - $205,400•Remote

About The Position

As an SEO Product Manager on Zillow's Traffic team, you will help own search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) across Zillow Group brands, including Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. The team works to protect and grow organic visits from traditional search results and AI-generated answers. You will turn team strategy into shipped, measurable results by owning a defined set of SEO surfaces and experiments, prioritizing work by impact, and building solutions directly with AI coding tools when appropriate. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn how Zillow's organic growth engine works and grow into broader ownership. You will own a defined area within the Traffic portfolio, run SEO experiments, build and ship pages, tools, prototypes, and experiments, and scale programmatic and community-driven pages. You will partner with content and engineering colleagues to produce and optimize content, scope and verify SEO-related engineering work, measure results using search, analytics, and AI visibility data, and communicate outcomes and trade-offs. The role is categorized as remote. Remote employees work from a physical location of their choice that must be identified to the company; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions. The listed annual base pay ranges are $128,600–$205,400 in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; and $122,200–$195,200 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The position is also eligible for equity awards. Actual compensation varies based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.
