About The Position

Schneider is seeking a Senior Vendor Coordinator in Green Bay to serve as the main point of contact for Schneider’s equipment and maintenance vendors. This role acts as an expert on equipment, warranties, and maintenance solutions, supporting internal teams and working with vendors to address issues and ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Associate degree in diesel technology.
• 2–4 years of diesel or automotive repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for maintenance, operations, and external vendors.
• Communicate vendor solutions to internal Schneider customers and advise them on how to proceed.
• Resolve invoice issues, payment discrepancies, vendor issues, and process breakdowns.
• Perform vendor audits.
• Work with vendors to ensure repairs are timely and accurate.
• Explore process improvements to improve quality and lower costs.
