About The Position

The Senior Vehicle Operations Manager leads back-of-the-house processes, vehicle care and management, and efficiency initiatives as part of the Vehicle Operations team. The role oversees a brand or department at a location to maximize performance through operational leadership, communication, and efficiency. The Senior Manager provides leadership to customer operations employees and is responsible for operating performance, customer satisfaction, employee culture, service, budgets, safety, and vendor relations. The salary range is listed as $TBD.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Operations.
• High school diploma required.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
• Ability to influence.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Vehicle Operations Managers and other vehicle operations employees.
• Manage daily vehicle operations, fleet availability, and revenue generation for the assigned function.
• Lead and support processes to meet and exceed expectations.
• Resolve vehicle operations issues to ensure a positive rental experience.
• Champion productivity improvements through employee involvement and accountability, and ensure employees follow Standards of Work (SOW).
• Engage in effective communication plans to build employee engagement and achieve business results.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, where applicable.
• Participate in the recruiting process, as required.
• Provide management with updates and indicators as requested.
• Remain current on administrative duties according to company policy.
