Senior UX Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sr. UX Strategist to join Throughline, a premier visual information design firm. The Sr. UX Strategist will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing user needs, and creating user interaction designs. They will also collaborate with various teams to prioritize and deploy solutions, facilitate iterative testing, and ensure high-quality design. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX and strategy, with skills in usability testing, system performance assessment, and design.

Conduct research on existing and analogous experiences, help discover customer needs, and support requirements gathering.

Skilled in user & task analysis, user research techniques, storyboarding, information architecture and wireframing to capture and integrate elements into user interaction designs.

Comfortable using modern UX Design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

Create, evaluate, and modify high and low-fidelity prototypes to support development process.

Ensure features/capabilities align with the end-to-end customer experience and product strategy with an awareness of how the solution fits in context to a user’s lived-situation.

Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to assess and prioritize how a solution should be prioritized and deployed.

Facilitate iterative testing of prototypes.

Lead and guide team members to ensure that high-quality design is accounted for and in support of organizational and product goals.
