About The Position

The Senior Unreal Engine C++ Generalist will help build the studio’s next factory game in Unreal Engine 5. The role is broad and focused on the game’s most pressing needs, which may include gameplay systems, editor tooling, UI, or the build pipeline. The engineer will expose capabilities to Blueprints so designers and artists can work effectively in Unreal Engine. This person will join a new game team as one of its first engineers and work closely with the Engineering Team Lead, Game Design department, and Art team. The studio is fully remote, operates in English, and collaborates during CET core working hours, approximately 11:00–15:00. The interview process includes technical and culture-focused conversations, a second technical assessment selected jointly with the candidate, and an informal conversation with prospective teammates. The studio aims to complete the process within four weeks or less and is willing to discuss accommodations.
