About The Position

Synera is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape automation experiences for an AI-powered engineering platform, including visual programming and interactive multi-agent systems. The designer will join a team of three UX designers and work closely with Product Managers, developers, Tech Leads, and engineering users. Design is an integral part of product development, from discovery and early concepts through prototypes and shipped features. The role focuses on making complex technical systems intuitive. The designer will map user journeys, prototype with AI and code, gather and apply feedback from real users, help define product vision, and design AI-native experiences. They will contribute to design critiques and maintain a consistent, intuitive code-first design system while balancing design quality with iterative delivery and sprint goals. Within six months, the designer is expected to own an application area; within twelve months, to own UX for a product area. The planned salary range for the experienced level is €65,500–€84,100.
