LOB Description: The Senior Delivery Lead will be a key leader within the Data Performance Automation Services group in the PECM organization. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all development efforts for the distributed computing and data analytics platform ecosystem. The Senior Manager will drive strategy, architecture, development, testing, and implementation across Hadoop‑based platforms and associated automation and performance services. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, hands‑on engineering expertise, platform performance knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration, with accountability for delivery, quality, and scalability. LOB Responsibilities: Lead all development initiatives across Hadoop‑based platforms, including Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), Pepper data and other Enterprise data platforms. Own development for Enterprise Data platform, Platform Benchmark Services, Performance onboarding & Provisioning Automation, and Storage/Compute Separation initiatives. Serve as the development lead across the full SDLC, including business and use‑case documentation, architecture and design, coding, testing, implementation, and production support. Design and develop technical architectures enabling large‑scale Data Analytics Platform stacks, both on‑prem and cloud, following industry best practices. Define and develop standards and methodologies for platform benchmarking, performance testing, evaluation, data security, and data privacy. Establish quantitative metrics to demonstrate platform performance, quality, and adherence to best practices. Design best practices and review processes to ensure consistency across development teams. Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Requirements

Strong hands‑on development experience in: C++, Java, Scala Python Shell scripting
Expertise in data management and querying using SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
Experience with machine learning frameworks, including: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
Experience with ML and NLP libraries such as: scikit‑learn, spaCy
Exposure to: Statistical and modeling tools (SAS, Statistica, Matlab, R)
Data visualization and advanced analytical tools
Natural Language Processing (NLP), linguistics, and advanced semantic design
Deep experience with Big Data technologies, including: Teradata Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN) Cockroach Mongo DB Redis

Responsibilities

Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule.
Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
Manages program financials and supports resource planning.
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
