Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Mobile Development & Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in Mobile Application Development, AI-enabled Software Engineering, and Test Automation Frameworks. The candidate will lead the design, development, and modernization of intelligent automation solutions across iOS and Android platforms while leveraging AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, LLM-based test generation, and predictive quality engineering practices. This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Requirements

4+ years of Job related experience required.
Advanced experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including the design and development of packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
Strong experience with Oracle database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Extensive experience with Unix/Linux Shell scripting for automation, data processing, and operational support.
Proven experience creating, supporting, and troubleshooting Autosys job streams, dependencies, and batch scheduling processes.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines and data integration solutions.
Demonstrated experience providing production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for critical applications.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance without direct management responsibility.
Experience partnering directly with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, Product Owners, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
Strong understanding of data engineering best practices, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and source control methodologies.
Experience with Git-based source control and modern development practices.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and the application of AI technologies to improve developer productivity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

Design, develop, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of mobile solutions.
Develop and maintain reusable libraries, frameworks, and components.
Leverage GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI tools to accelerate development and testing.
Design AI-assisted test automation strategies to improve coverage, reduce manual effort, and increase release confidence.
Implement intelligent test case generation and automated defect detection practices.
Build predictive quality dashboards using AI and analytics.
Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering practices within Mobile Engineering teams.
Mentor engineers and SDETs on AI-assisted development practices.
Lead code reviews and automation architecture reviews.
Establish coding, testing, security, and AI governance standards.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity using AI and automation solutions.
