This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Position Summary This job is responsible for driving the execution of the GMT Operating Model. This requires an understanding of Trading and Technology capabilities for train setup across multiple functional areas. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring designed trains meet Enterprise/GMT Operating Model and can deliver in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Partner with Business and Technology teams to define delivery trains for Programs, LOB Verticals and Technology Horizontals. Perform analysis to determine team fungibility and AIT alignment to value stream capabilities. Align roles to Op Model definitions with efficiencies found in separating execution-based roles from Agile operation roles. There are multiple trading capabilities across technology teams within GMT across Front Office, QSG, Qz Core, Finance, Operations, Market Risk and enterprise teams; this role must be able to understand and enable train design with these functional interdependencies. Responsible for establishing stakeholder relationships, tracking, and delivery execution of all GMT train design. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.
